Two Down

Today, I finished not one, but two — count’em two — projects. Yay me!

First, I sewed the buttonholes for the shirt made from this fabric that I purchased at Esther’s Fabrics on Bainbridge Island a few months ago.

Then, I sat down and finished the toe on the second sock to match the one shown in this post from exactly one month ago.

I tried out a different toe decrease — Stephanie Pearl-McPhee’s rounded toe. It worked out well enough, but I think I still go back to using the more pointed-toe style. I think it fits better with the shape of my feet.

Then I picked up the shirt again to sew on the buttons.

Here’s the back, where you can see more of the wave design, uninterrupted.
